Welcome to our A-frame cabin at beautiful Fallen Leaf Lake

Description

Fallen Leaf Lake Cabin is available on a weekly basis throughout the summer and early fall, June 1-October 1, 2009. A perfect summer vacation cabin for a couple or a small family, our a-frame has an all-glass front and is situated in the pines above Fallen Leaf Lake. It has a filtered view of the lake and Mount Tallac from its front deck and it is adjacent to National Forest. This location is a perfect for peace and quiet, enjoyment of nature, and access to the many hiking trails nearby. Sunbathing and swimming are allowed at the Lakeview Homeowner's Pier nearby. One can also swim at the sandy beach located below the Fallen Leaf Store at the end of the lake. Boats may be rented or moored by arrangement with the Fallen Leaf Marina, also located near the Fallen Leaf Store.

Location

Located about 30 min. south of South Lake Tahoe, Fallen Leaf Lake is near Tahoe beaches, Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay, Angora Lakes, Desolation Wilderness, Glen Alpine Springs, and Mt. Tallac. It is one of the most desirable areas in the Tahoe Basin because of its beauty, tranquility, and access to hiking trails and water sports.

Another cute cabin across the street from Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side of the S. Lake Tahoe. A great getaway all year round, not just in the summer. It has a fenced deck, sleeps 2-6, parking for 2 cars. Near Nevada Boat Ramp and Cave Rock. Steps to Lake Tahoe beach.  Bring your kayak.  1 br (queen), l loft (sleeps up to 4), 1 bath/w/d,  6 miles to Stateline, 2 miles to Zephyr Cove beach,  20 min. to Sand Harbor/Shakespeare Festival.
