- Our cabin is available only in the summer and we prefer to rent it by the week. If you are interested in making a reservation, you may contact us by email, by phone, or by filling out a reservation form. After contacting us and making sure the dates are available, you should send a deposit of $200 to the following address: Carole MacKay, 506 S. High St., Bloomington, IN 47401.
- Make out your checks to "Carole MacKay".The deposit consists of a $100 damage deposit and a $100 cleaning fee.The damage deposit will be
returned within two weeks if no damage is found after the rental period.
- When we receive your deposit, we will add your name to the schedule and we will mail you a receipt, a bill and a packet of information about the cabin.
- The balance of fees are due one month prior to rental period. Fees are refundable up to one month prior to reservation. Fees are nonrefundable less than one month prior to rental period unless fully replaced by another reservation.
- Please send check or money orders. No credit cards will be accepted.
